I had no problem assembling it but how do you get it to fold up to lie flat? Do I need to use WD-40 to lubricate the crossbars?
In order to get it to lie flat you unlatch the top hooks similar to how the product is assembled. Then once you have done so you may apply pressure to collapse the clothers drying rack.
