Honey Can Do is proud to support the Big Shoulders Fund, whose mission is to help Chicago's children in need achieve their dreams through access to a quality, values-based education. We are thrilled to be part of the organization's volunteer and charity activities and to back their students with scholarship support and overall support to enrich their daily lives.
For many years, Honey Can Do has been an avid supporter of Cristo Rey Jesuit High School in Chicago. With its unique approach to both professional and life education, Cristo Rey pioneered the Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP) model for inner-city education that allows for its students to work in professional settings across the Chicagoland area to help offset their education expenses. During the school year, students from Cristo Rey are in the Honey Can Do office daily, learning new skills and interacting with professionals from several different company-wide disciplines. We enjoy teaching these students both professional and like skills, and their presence brings an unparalleled youthful vibrancy.
